I never thought about that sports could closely relate to political area before today’s class. Everything has to make their business concern to commercial issue, because most of things cannot be accomplished without money support in the world. Furthermore, I also not considered a lot about how other issues and problems can be related to sports, such as gender issue and homosexual concern. I got lots of information about these in class today, and I feel the hardship of these problems’ development in old days and also very satisfied with the achievement we already have in nowadays. For instance, compared to the past, women have our rights to join most of sports game around the world. A lot of them achieved their great success. At the same time, there still many problems exist and wait for people to improve them. In my opinion, it is about time. People have to hold our belief and make great efforts, and then our world will keep changing positively.

Sports used to be a pure activity in my mind, because it just relates to win and fail, and sportsmanship. I really respect sportsmanship since I was very young, because it contains many precious spirits, such as willpower, unremitting efforts and team spirits, etc. People have to work really hard and consider to others well in the meanwhile, and that is not easy. On the other hand, athletes have to conquer many physical effort and pain during their training, and that is also a hardship that normal people cannot afford. Today, I also learned about how sports concerns to other issues, which make me, not only respect about sports, but also make me put more thoughtful attention to that in the future.

Social Media

Social Media is a boundless stage, because it can basically contain everyone in this world. People perform anyone or any style that they really eager for. For some people, the last roles in the world they want to act are themselves. Some people they become to the ones they perform on the social media eventually. Every individual has their own story, and it makes our social media more diverse and develops in a faster way.

Few years ago, Facebook was the most popular social media that offer platform to people. Also, Facebook was almost the only substantial social media. However, nowadays, many other social media appear. There are many different forms, which help people to express them in various styles, such as Twitter and Instagram. People express their thoughts and mood frequently by using these social media. Social media become not only a stage for people, but also act like a personal journal, which faces to the public.

Most of my friends use these most popular social media, and several of them make themselves become truly popular on the website, or people would name it as the virtual world. They gain lots of followers and fans at first, and then some business opportunities come as well. People who are good at commenting fashion trend; they become columnists. People who just shared their stylish clothes; they have their own business for selling clothes. Some people start to change their lives because of social media. Unlimited business opportunities appear in people’s daily life, if you know how to seize your chances. I believe that more and more relationship between people and social media will be created in the future.

Our Life behind TV Shows

Some of realities TV series are popular now, such as Honey Boo Boo and Real Housewives. I did not watch any of it. However, I always think about how these TV shows get so many attentions and what kind of reasons hide behind of these attentions. What fun have people truly got after watching it?

Or people just to choose a way that they feel it is comfortable and not offensive to them, to cover up their weakness. That is why some comments mentioned about these realities TV series would say the real victims are the poor. In my opinions, the poor does not mean people who do not have enough money for their living; it means people can not face them in a reality, or people do know who they are but are not capable to change their dissatisfactory at the same time. Therefore, there is just an only way to deal with the situation, which is waste time on watching other people’s lives. What kind of lives they are watching for is not matter.

Why was American, when they faced with a recession they were going to watch wealthy people using their wealth in generally disgusting ways? Why the real wealthy people would not watch it, even though they go bankrupt? I think every different situation just turn back to the same problem. People who cannot face their fact are always waiting instead of taking action to change things. Try to avoid living in others’ lives, because your life is the most beautiful one.

Walking Dead

In most part of horror themed TV series and movies, zombies are described as undead creatures. They are depicted as mindless and eager to bite human flesh. Humans infected with fatal virus become walking dead. There are no relationships between zombies; meanwhile humans connect each other by friendship, family and love.

The relationship between people is to be neglected easily. People focus more on the work than on the relationships between friends and parents in the modern society. I define such crowd as walking dead. They have common features with zombies. There are no expressions on their faces; All they can think is the work. Also I am against the irresponsible attitude of standing aloof from things on the ground that they are no concern of mine. Walking dead do not care anyone but themselves. What makes me feel warm is the cleaner I meet everyday in my apartment would like to say hello with smile, even if we do not know each other. This is the relationship between strangers and me. I prefer to greet strangers with smiles than ignore them with deadpan of mine. I enjoy talking to friends, parents even strangers. Everyone is looking forward to the kind of warm greetings, which would make my day obviously.

Try to avoid being walking dead, care more about everyone around you. When you make others warm, you will feel such warm at the same time. Humans are different from zombies. We have hearts with our beloved.

Power Rules

Princess rule is complicated and it contains too many elements. Princess represents power in a general way, and that is one of the most tempting elements of the whole part. Basically, princess title is always symbolizing the reputation, desire, fancy appearance; money and the most representative elements one are power.

“Power is the old stone building." This is a saying from House of Cards. However, there are still lots of people they do not want to become a king, a queen or a princess. Power can do harm on you and hurt you in a deepest way. Power is not a tool that easy to use. Everything can be double-edged sword, if people just look for the benefit sides. How to estimate both sides depend on people’s own value and view. When you wear on the crown, you lose many precious things at the same time. 
Actually, there are a lot of positions act like princess or the crown in our normal lives. Most of them relates to money and power. People give up their time, love, family or belief to exchange for their dream crown. They always answer the question of “Is that worthy?” at the end and the answer is always “yes” with a smile. They are not heroizing anything; they are just being themselves. 

There is no need to be jealous of people who already wear a crown, because the thing everyone truly needs to do is to choose to live a life consistent with your own value.
