My Binge Watching Experience

I had the habit of “binge watching” since I was very young. Especially during the summer and winter breaks, the time period I was in the primary school and middle school. Some of classic and old drama series always had been played over and over during the breaks. Basically, people just watch the same old and classic ones drama series, and there are always some of romantic dramas can be popular for a long time. For the summer breaks during my middle school, the longest hours I would spend for these drama series per day was nine hours with my grandparents.

However, the most special experience of “binge watching” happened when I was in the high school, and my TV story was Grey’s Anatomy. About Grey’s Anatomy, I did not have so much time for watching TV during my high school years, but I spent most of my attentions on the episodes. Once I had rest time that I could get rid of study, Grey’s Anatomy was the only choice. The truth was the drama series even intruded into my study life. I could not control my mind when I was doing anything, or everything could be related to Grey’s Anatomy because I spent too many attentions to it. The situation was worse than the normal binge watching. If people spend a week to complete one drama series, then they are done. However, I would watch the whole TV series again and again. There does not exist an ending because the ending is in your mind instead of the show.
