        About the talking about female character in media never stops in our life. According to many movies and TV shows, there are some people pointed out that the characteristic of female are always dominated by male, and females are just supporters of the patriarch. For example, male rarely are home cleaner and housewives, but these kinds of services always belong to female naturally. Also, the characteristic of service represented on that female is regarded as the sign of sex. When a beautiful lady shows up, there will be some sexual scenes show up. So most of time, female characters are not the main roles, or their actions cannot really push the scenario to move on. 

          The appearance of feminism shook the situation that female are not paid attention in the media context. They parade on the street and hold all kinds of banners to make more people pay attention to the unbalanced situation between female and male. So feminists believe that the media often presents women as cleaners, housewives, domestic servants providing comfort and support for men, a man’s sex object to service men’s sexual needs. Feminists believe that this gender representation is an aspect of patriarchy. Feminists believe that the media suggests these roles are natural and normal. Actually, the effects are obvious that many start to think about the phenomenon, and there are more and more shows and movies about female subjects are produced. I think people should focus more on female roles, because they cannot be ignored and just show on the frame.
