Part of Female Rules and Feminism

There are always many rules for female. Nowadays, more and more additional conditions that girls have to accomplish, if you want to get a good social status, especially when people live in a big city with speedy development of material life. More and more things just become with additional standards and attitudes, so many people have to follow all of them. Sometimes, the material development goes much faster than mental lives. Everyone has to obey more and more rules, especially for the female life.

There is a joke that is being popular in China for a while. For example, if a girl want to married a good man, you have to at least have a bachelor degree but no more than a master degree, because you have to show your fair educational background and try to avoid being smarter than your husband at the same time. After you get married, you have to get a stable job, be good at cooking, take care of your children and both sides of you and your husband’s parents, and probably have to defeat your husband’s mistress wisely if you do not want to have a divorce, etc. If people want to talk about the feminism between adult, it probably would turn to a situation that women have to be independent to make a lot of money for a family as well, and keep being a gentle wife in the meantime. Otherwise, your husband may have their right to spend their money on other women. 

These are just joking situations, but they are not groundless.
