Princess Culture: Everything has its both sides

In recent years, with the developed globalization and technology, kids have way more toy products than us. Within several years, films, toys and tablets, are all aimed at kids as target. Princess culture also came up with girls' attention.

Disney is the largest company in the world. It contains animation, films, Disney parks, and other products. People will not forget the famous Mickey Mouse. However, Snow white also catch little girls’ eyes. Since the beginning of Snow White, there are more princesses coming out in the past few years like Ariel, Belle and Elsa, etc. It causes girls are crazy about princesses. On the one hand, princesses are gorgeous and always have princes to love them. On the other hand, they always live in castles and don’t need to do anything for living. They always dress up, look pretty and join in all kinds of balls. That’s exactly the dream of every little girl.

Disney uses films, animation and toy products to catch kids’ attention. Boys love superheroes, and girls love princesses. No wonder why Disney would became the biggest company in the world.

Princess is the sign of pretty, gorgeous, and smart. They contain all the good elements. It makes sense that girls would like them. Nonetheless, when girls are growing up, it might be hard for them to accept the fact that there are no princesses in reality. What we need to do is let them know we must earn everything by ourselves, but not ask for things without any price like princess. Many parents are worried about that they don’t know how to tell kids about it. There is not a transition between kids and adult life. Girls might be hard to transit from princess dream to real life.

All in all, it is obvious that everything has its both sides. Princess is perfect because they live in fairy tales. Princess culture is amazing, but we need to know it might be hurt kids in the end.
