It seems like everybody eats fast food, including me. I have a busy schedule last semester. I don't have an enough time for lunch and taking a nap. If I finished my first class, came home and made myself lunch which means a really nice lunch including vegetable and rice, I need about one hour or one and half hours. And after I finished my cooking, I needed to go to school without one bite, because I was running late. So, I had no other option but eating fast food.
I love McDonald's the best. It is close to my apartment. All I need is a five minutes drive and waiting for another five minutes so I can have my lunch. I usually went to there to buy my lunch three or four times a week. It is convenient, and most important thing is saving my time. So I can have a nap before my afternoon's class. But after half of semester, I found some problems. First of all, I gain weight. Not just a little, it is too much for me. And I also had some bad condition of my skin. And the money I spent on fast food was much more than I expected. So I stopped and tried to reduce the time of going to the fast food restaurant.
It was an bad experience in America. I spent a lot of time to lose my weight. And now, I am trying to make nutrient lunch for myself everyday to keep me healthy again.
Fast food may be saving your time and it is true that it is delicious. But eating too much fast food is still having some negative impact on us. It makes us unhealthy, and lose the chance to enjoy cooking and home-made food. Dinner should be a special time in one day, because it should be the time we rest, enjoying the joyousness that food brings to us.
